However, as a system, the BPM model is not without its limitations. In particular, its success is highly dependent upon an organizations interdepartmental communication skills throughout all phases of any given project. To these ends, an architectural firm, GreatestNation, will seek to incorporate BPM in order to reap its benefits. Just what is the BPM model? Simply speaking, its a ten step ongoing process that a company can integrate to redefine its project management processes, its organizational skills, and its overall efficiency. Because the BPM model is so pervasive, it requires all members of a company to be willing to integrate the model and carry it through in accordance with an established strategy, in service of company goals.
