becoming an area of prime focus. In recent years, the implications of economic change have grown nearly exponentially, and its effects can affect nearly every business in the country.
Not only are changes in the economic condition of industries, nations, groups of nations and of the world rapid, they are also uncertain (Chimerine 42). The changes that have
already occurred and those coming serve to create an exciting climate in which to do business, but they also make decision making and planning more difficult and significantly increase business
risks. Successful operation in this rapidly changing environment requires a significantly altered approach to business management. Attention to external factors is imperative. Additionally, these rapid economic environment
