years old, and I have begun setting goals for my life. The most important thing to me is to help people begin or strengthen a personal relationship with the Lord,
but rather than becoming a member of the clergy, I have decided to become a doctor. This is a caring, helping profession and will allow me to make a real
difference in peoples lives. I also believe that medicine is a way to allow me to show Gods presence in my daily life. In order to achieve these goals, I
plan to attend college and medical school and am looking forward to the challenges that this will present. I understand that medicine is a difficult field but I know I
have the qualities to succeed. For one thing, I was a basketball player in high school, and was described as a "standout," meaning that I have a drive to win.
More than that I was able to inspire the other players to do their very best, so that I became a natural leader. I believe in what Winston Churchill said:
"Never, never, never quit." I get alone well with others and that quality will allow me to become a role model for others and a leader in my community,
