The subject has often been cites as the argument between the right to life and the wrongs of murder or suicide, a perspective which is supported by many of the religions of the world and other who cite the cases of animals, if we will allow and animal to be out to sleep to save it the necessity of addition suffering and loss of dignity by denying that to the human who would as the same we are not even giving the same rights or consideration. IN November 20000 Holland became the first democratic country in the world to vote to make euthanasia legal. Other states had decriminalised it, but this legalisation takes it a step further. It has also ignited the debate as to whether it is right or wrong, and emphasised the difficulty of answering this question. One main argument against the use of euthanasia is that it equates to murder, and it is true that in some countries where a doctor has aided in euthanasia, even at the request of the patient then there is the potential for legal action against them. The idea of taking ones own life is also deemed as suicide (Pope John Paul II PG, Conwell 1101).When these are religious beliefs there are few arguments against them, as they are subjective and nit factual, and therefore become a matter of conscience.
