Indeed, this particular time of life needs the mentally stimulating benefits of daily education, even if it is nothing more finishing a crossword puzzle or learning a new language. The extent to which education is a critical component to a fulfilling older life is both grand and far-reaching; while there is a considerable variance in the level of education any given senior can absorb, every little bit of knowledge taken into the brain serves to strengthen the individual's cognitive fitness. This reality will become obsolete quite soon as the upcoming generation of elderly will demand choices that actually teach them something. Bibliography lists 5 sources.
