An Internet-based application, which can interchangeably be called a public web site, is a means by which an individual or business can provide a source of information via one-way communication in that the audience can easily receive the data but cannot reciprocate. The three primary traits of a relationship-based web site include the ability for users to easily acquire information pertinent to their needs; having various kinds of data available on any given page; and being able to access this information via technological automation. The benefit of being able to automatically collect information on any particular topic is of critical importance in todays technologically advanced world.
