of life and assist most of the community. This is a difficult task to perform. The first thing I will do is present this concept to the city
planners. With their help, we will determine what would be the best way to spend the money the State is giving State College.
There are many factors to consider when formulating this type of project. The first thing to consider is the budget we are being allotted. The budget of
$300,000 will remain the same for three years. We must keep this in mind with the parameters of the equation. Our decisions will have to be formulated within
the next 30 days. We must present a budget plan to the State by that time. This plan has to include how the money will be spent.
With this money, State College Penn State will be investing in its future. It has been determined that infrastructure improvements will be made
on the Eisenhower Auditorium, the Palmer Museum of Art, the Pavilion Theatre, the Pennsylvania Dance Theatre Studio, the Paltree Library, the Festival Shell Stage, the Schlow Library, Zoller Gallery.
