Introduction Founded in 1967, Delaware County Community College (DCCC) located near Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, serves the educational needs of 28,000 students annually by helping them towards advancement in their chosen fields by offering associate degrees in nine courses of study (DCCC, 2012). DCCC provides an affordable option that students may use as a path towards a bachelors degree by transferring to a four-year school or as a means to gaining certification in their chosen field. Jerome S. Parker is the President of the college, and Virginia M. Carter is Provost, with John A. Glavin, Jr. as Vice President for Administration and Treasurer (DCCC, 2012). Mary Jo Boyer is Vice Provost and Vice President and handles Branch Campus Operations. Additional Vice Presidents include Frances M. Cubberley, Enrollment Management; Connie L. McCalla, Human Resources; George J. Sullivan, Chief Information Officer, Information Technology; and Kathleen A. Breslin, Institutional Advancement (DCCC, 2012).
