Chapter 1 - Embrace Change, Dont Fear It Being willing to change is a strength in any company. Even if the changes cause confusion and disorientation for a period of time, the need to change is important if the company is going to develop and prosper. It may be necessary for a company to lose some or all of its original structure and to be restructured in order for progress to be made.
