For several of the senior vice presidents, the obliviousness of Scott Garvey in addition to the deep pockets of the company have allowed them to take advantage of the company as their own personal capital investment source. There are numerous managers, throughout the company, who are willing to take full advantage of the technological possibilities available to them through the company. In fact, many have come to view their own "fiefdom" within the corporate structure as a means by which they can meet and accomplish their own individual personal goals.
