If management are not good communicators and take an autocratic rather than a democratic style to leadership it is possible that the internal culture can deteriorate (Huczyniski and Buchanan, 2003). The next set of stakeholders is suppliers. Here we will have to make consumption as there is no indication of the way the company manages their relationships with their suppliers.
