It is the expectations, failures and norms that a provide the foundation for the operations of the organization It is like the organizations personality (McNamara, 2007). The culture can be sensed more easily than it can be described. It is like the framework that is shared by everyone in the organization and the framework guides behaviors, attitudes and thoughts (SOI, 2005). Theorists have suggested a number of elements that are incorporated into the organizational culture. These include traditions and rituals, spoken or unspoken values, customs, symbols and the type of language used during interactions between members of the organization (SOI, 2005). Different theorists have offered lists of different types of culture. Tharp (2009) suggested there are four types of culture: the control type is hierarchical and rather bureaucratic. Stability and control are priorities with clear structures for decision making. The compete culture is market-oriented, it is also hierarchical but it is more outwards focused than control. it The collaborate culture is like a clan; it is similar to control but there is more flexibility and more collaboration. The create culture, adhocracy, is similar to collaborate, they are flexible but they look outwards and are more concerned about differentiation and they are more adaptable than other types (Thorp, 2009). Organizational Behavior Organizational behavior is defined slightly differently by different authors. Noll (2001) said it is a discipline that "is concerned with identifying and managing the attitudes and actions of individuals and groups." In 2007, Clark suggested it is "the study and application of knowledge about how people, individuals, and groups act in organizations." Others write paragraphs to define this term so we may conclude that the topic of organizational behavior is a vast and diverse subject.
