setting. Leadership skills may be seen as rather generalized, with many of the characteristics and abilities transferable between different industries and settings. However, as the healthcare industry has some specific
competitor these and divergent needs experience within the industry may be seen as a gap. Furthermore, experience of leadership for large groups rather than smaller teams is also a gap.
Developing sustainable solutions is also a relatively strong area of performance. Strong analytical skills and creative thinking are already present, but in order to retain the edge these require constant
practice. The ability to practice the skills with in a healthcare setting may be seen as lacking, with experience being quiet. Serving customers requires an increased level of knowledge. Existing
knowledge concerning customer psychology in general service levels exist, the needs to be increased in terms of marketing and public relations perspective as well as the general delivery of service
in a social environment. Increase knowledge and practice will be beneficial to develop practical skills which need to be implemented on a day-to-day basis, often without the ability to prepare.
The management of products and services is a novel week area. This requires increased knowledge of operations management, looking at the practical aspects of managing and delivering services and
