to my ability to apply what I will learn in a business environment. I believe that my desire to participate in an Executive or Fully-Employed MBA Program stem from
a significant experiential base and a belief in my own abilities. Over the past few years, I have developed organizational skills, an internal directive, and personal goals, all of
which point towards the next step in this process: achieving an MBA. I also believe that Im currently at a good place in terms of my job, my
marriage, and my own personal focus to take on the challenge of an MBA program. From a personal perspective, I believe that I have grown significantly in the past few
years, focusing more on my career and educational goals. Ive learned to take education seriously, and have developed an appreciation of the many different ways that education can contribute
to my life. From a professional standpoint, I also recognize that education is imperative to achieving one of my major goals: becoming an executive in the media industry. There
are a number of circumstances in my life that have come together and have defined this as a good time to start an MBA program. Initially, I thought I
might put off my education for a few more years, while my wife and I started our family. These plans were derailed by a breast cancer scare. Though
