There are those who eagerly seek to have ticket scalping regulated or eliminated, while others fight to allow scalping to remain a part of the entertainment industry. While some believe it does nothing but harm for the country and the entertainment industry, others believe that without legalized scalping the black market would take control and the situation would be even worse.
