firearms; rather, what should be addressed is the motivation that ultimately drives people to commit the crime in the first place. Smith is
appalled by the idea that the state of Indiana is trying to come between him and his Second Amendment rights, asserting how it is not his fault that a portion
of society is so irresponsible as to use firearms in violent assaults, further stating there is no such connection with the average Americans ability to properly handle and discharge a
