                                                    as in any other nation. Yet, when it comes to the relationship between politics and public policy administration, it seems that Canada had fallen victim to temptation in the realm  
                                                
                                                    of global trade. Many theorists seem to think that this is problematic.   II. The Relationship Between Politics and Public Administration in Canada  	Brodhead (2003) gives an example
