This means that a project must develop the basic understanding of the subject framework and the difficult influences as well as building up skills to allow further development. The project will have the aim pf producing a written report which will have several sections, a background to the Education for all project from its initial conception in 1969 to today along with the goals and definitions. The next section will look at how and why educations is important and the issues that look at why education need to be seen in both the male and the female populations looking at the current level of inequality and how this needs to be rectified. The next section will look at the actual programmes used to give education for, looking at how they have been implemented, the level of success and the different barriers that each has faced. This will allow for the next section with will be the discussion. The paper will then finish with a conclusion. Putting this together the student should attain the learning goals. The first stage of any project has t be a literature review. This will need to begin with the basic, such as defining Education for all as both a concept and as a project goal. This may include looking at dictionary definition, but also looking to non governmental organisation at their projects to find the definitions that are used.
