Global health is dependent on the decisions we have made in the past and on the decisions
that we are making today. Make no mistake about it, an unhealthy world means unhealthy occupants. We will be held accountable for our actions. The air we
breathe, the water we drink, and the food we feed our children are all affected by these actions. Global health and human health are imperiled and, if we are
to survive, we must do something about it. As the human population has grown to astronomic proportions, not much remains of the natural
world. Climax forests have given way to cities and our rivers and streams have become dumping grounds for toxic waste. Grown in a commercial agricultural system where farmers
depend on strict regimes of pesticides, herbicides, fertilizers and other chemicals, even our food is no longer safe. Our meat comes from animals that are grown in enclosures where
they dont even have room to turn around. Cows are trained with electrical charges to stay in one position in stock barns so their manure will drop neatly into
