lend themselves readily to establish organizational cultures that are efficient, adaptable, and produce good results, whereas others do not. A transactional leadership style is one based on top-down authority and
fosters a sense of weak leadership within an organization because followers never get to act autonomously or exercise their own authority in any important matters. Conversely, a transformational leadership style
will promote leadership within an organization because it distributes authority and autonomy such that all followers are equally invested in an organizations outcomes and core values. This investment is the
