is lengthy at best. He served eighteen years in the New York State Assembly before being elected to Congress. The 22nd Congressional District of New York encompasses eight
counties (Broome County, Delaware County, Dutchess County, Orange County, Sullivan County, Tioga County, Tompkins County, and Ulster County) and spans from the Finger Lakes region of the state down through
