Lets face it, the digital age has arrived, and there is no turning back. Computers are everywhere - in the workplace, in libraries, and in the home. According to a 1998 commercial survey, some 60 percent of American children have computer access by way of home personal computers (Outlook on Washington: A Capital View; Schools, Computers, and the Internet, 1998). A computer is just a piece of furniture that takes up space unless a child learns how to properly use it, through specialized training classes.
