People who buy exercise equipment but only use the items in a slow and deliberate manner may not burn as many calories as someone who simply does housework with a great deal of effort. Still, assuming that an individual puts a certain amount of zest into their workouts, one can use the following chart to determine how many calories one might burn when engaging in one of these ten exercises.
