overall topic of website development to set up the rest of the paper. Many businesses are developing websites as a way to increase customer traffic and interest in their products.
By having an online presence, these businesses, especially smaller businesses, will be able to reach customers a world away. The problem is that many small business owners lack the knowhow
to develop an efficient and attractive website that will generate traffic and interest. By developing a project management process, a business will be able to determine the proper steps to
take in order to create the website. For retail businesses, the key departments that need to be involved include those that handle inventory and stock to make sure that items
to be listed on the site are in stock and can be shipped in a timely manner (Collyer et al., 2010). The sales staff will also be involved in handling
