Essay / Research Paper Abstract

5 pages in length. Uncle Bill is one of those people who has never had any true ambition in life. Since he was old enough to work, he would move from one job to another, making just enough money to get by and rarely having anything left as each payday rolled around. Clearly, Uncle Bill was a product of his family environment, inasmuch as his father did not seem to have much of a work ethic either. Uncle Bill's mom was always calling our house at the end of the month asking for money so she can pay the bills. I never really knew what was going on since I was very young at the time; however, when I got older, I came to realize what a deadbeat Uncle Bill's father had been all his life. Naturally, having no positive influence during his childhood and adolescence, Uncle Bill learned how to be a bum just like his dad. The writer discusses the aspects of Uncle Bill's life in order to demonstrate how to write a narrative. Bibliography lists 3 sources.

Unemployment is also associated with increased tobacco consumption, increased use of illicit drugs as well as deteriorated health behaviour" (Hammarstrom 699-709). Even worse than Uncles Bills inability to choose wisely within the labor market is his ability to discriminate between refined women and riffraff. The women he has kept company with have been some of the trashiest representations of human beings I have ever seen. When I was younger, Uncle Bill used to come over our house for a barbecue bringing along whichever little tramp he happened to be seeing at the moment. Some of them would be able to hold a semi-literate conversation, while others were so strung out on drugs that it was all they could do to eat their dinner.
