                                                    However, none of these accomplishments arose from the particular form of organization called a corporation (Creelman, 2004).   	A company or organization that is incorporated that is to say  
                                                
                                                    that it is owned by is shareholders is considered to be in the legal realm a person (Bakan, 2005).  The corporation is therefore not treated as a group of  
                                                
                                                    individuals, but is treated an individual person with the same rights as an individual.  However, the truth of this reality is that this corporation as an individual does not  
                                                
                                                    have a moral conscience as an individual does.  A corporation has only one designed aim and that is to make as much money as is possible for their respective  
                                                
                                                    shareholders (Bakan, 2005). 	Simply put, corporations are not interested in their effect on the environment, they have no personal stake in social welfare, and the terms of fairness, illness or  
                                                
                                                    death, and suffering are not a part of their vocabulary.  The purpose of the corporation is to work to maximize its bottom line, which in turn it then disperses  
                                                
                                                    to its respective shareholders (Bakan, 2005). 	A corporations shareholders are protected by the concept of limited liability.  Limited liability means that a shareholder is only liable up to the  
                                                
                                                    amount that they may invest in a corporation and no more (Bakan, 2005).  Employees of corporation can be held to be liable, but only for the particular issues, which
