                                                    as well. Editorial ubmissions need to be answered (which is a lot of work in and of itself). Subscriptions need to be fulfilled, with renewals mailed out in a timely  
                                                
                                                    fashion. Speaking of fulfillment, the magazines themselves have to be mailed, or sent to newsstands, so theres a distribution issue involved. Mailing lists need to be compiled and constantly renewed  
                                                
                                                    and updated. Advertising needs to be sold and grants applied for. And this is even before the magazine itself is put together. For the product itself, writers, designers, proofreaders and
