One can define productivity in multiple ways; when talking about manufacturing, the term might refer to the creation of product per hour, or with sales it could reference daily merchandise flow. Whatever the case may be though, productivity is the essential factor to determining the success of a business model. Knowing that, it is of the utmost importance to have the means of analyzing the factors of organization that affect labor production. When asked about this, most people will express their belief that job security and personal satisfaction are the essentials in determining productivity, but when one considers statistics, things become more complicated than just those two attributes. The goal of this paper is to present a study in statistics regarding the various factors in organization and how they relate to labor productivity. The purpose of this paragraph is to help the student with establishing a solid paper by showing the importance of accurate knowledge in regards to labor productivity. It goes without saying that productivity is a highly desirable quality for businesses to possess for multitudinous reasons. Typically speaking, productivity is defined as the framework for almost any business, which is why its importance is so evident.
