it is simply a general overview of the main parts and what they do and are used for. This paragraph helps the student
explain what they knew about computer hardware before researching. Personally, my knowledge about computer hardware and peripherals comes mostly from personal experience. Many people know about components like the CPU
and RAM; I possess a basic knowledge of what these parts do and have replaced them in my own machines a number of times. I am also familiar with various
forms of storage devices such as floppy drives and CD drives. Of course, floppy disks are now obsolete, and that is the tricky part about computers and their hardware. This
is a technology that is constantly changing and evolving. From monochromatic black screens and green text to high definition touch screens, keeping up with computer technology can be somewhat overwhelming.
