                                                    There are several different leadership styles that can be examined, and it may be expected that styles where there is little bilateral communication such as an autocratic style may  
                                                
                                                    lead to higher stress levels. By looking at the autocratic style the stressors may be recognised.          The autocrat may be seen  
                                                
                                                    as a leader that is most associated with scientific management styles. The leadership style was low trust with a high level of control exercised by those in authority to ensure
