this paper we will look at the potential for starting up a sorting economy in the Middle East based in the GCC (Gulf Co-operation Council countries) which is made up
of the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman and Kuwait and also including Lebanon which is not a GCC member. The aim is for a league made
up of eight clubs, one from each of these countries and two from Saudi Arabia due to the population size of the area. There is not a sports economy
of any commercial form. To examine this we will first look at the market and how this ma be approached with the forming of a soccer league where all of
the countries be able to buy shares in their own countries club. The Lebanon, which has a different culture would be allowed to sell shares in the club to all
