understanding. The paper suggests using $50,000 as supplemental scholarship awards and
devoting the remaining $25,000 to the establishment of an annual International Festival in which
symposium speakers are not ethnic leaders, but rather business people of diverse backgrounds
actively involved in the globalization of business who can give concrete reasons for working for
increased understanding and the forging of true friendships across ethnic and cultural lines.
