establishment of a better position within the market as a whole, it is in the advantage of businesses to understand how to successfully carry out negotiations. For some reason, however,
negotiation is usually dreaded and feared, despite it being so crucial to business. This is because too many businesspeople have the tendency to think of negotiations in purely business-oriented terms,
or solely in terms of the bottom line. The truth is that negotiation isnt just a part of business, but a part of life. We engage in negotiation and compromise
every day just by virtue of walking around and taking part in society. Success can be achieved by taking this humanistic perspective on negotiation and applying it to the business
context. This paper will present a case study wherein collaborative negotiation strategies are most beneficial to brokering a mutually satisfying deal. This paragraph helps the student present a brief
