it may also be necessary to divide this down into tasks that are essential and tasks that are simplify desired. If there is not consideration of what the computer
will need to be able to do there is no basis to determine what specifications are needed and which may be wasted and as such be a waste of resources
including budget if they are included (Devcic 22). For example, a gamer may need a computer with high graphic resolution and there will be more processor demands that a user
who simply wants to type documents and send a few emails (Devcic 22). The most basic use of the computer will be for the typing up of lecture or
lesson notes and for use in the context of collage or university work. This means being able to prepare assignments, not only with the written words, but also work such
as presentation that may need to be given, the inclusion of images as well a as being used for data analysis programs at later stages in the course,
such as for analysis of results from primary research. There is also the need to be able to make back up files of these so a CD or DVD writer
needed. There is also the need for the computer to be used for storage of documents and information. The computer also needs to be used for communication. Accessing the
