case proposed by the student. The Bolds, the owners of the Bold House Hotel, have only limited funds so this business plan needs to be economical and also build up
over. The majority of the fund will need to be spent initially in a manner that will create more business and the remaining aspects can then be undertaken gradually and
become self financing. We are told there is little profit fro the hotel, from this we will assume there is a low level of occupancy. This
will make the closing of some bedrooms to supplement others much simpler with a lower opportuntity cost. We will assume that there is sufficient furniture, but this is a little
sparse ion each of the bedrooms, therefore the will be not be much new furniture required, but there will be paint and wall paper. We will also assume that the
bolds are capable of most of the decorating themselves, but are not able to carry out any building work. The plan is to close two bedrooms
and empty them whilst they are decorated, placing the furniture into another bedroom, so there are three closed in total. These rooms can than be decorated and returned to use
