It may be argued that the key is to deal with the issues that are presented by cultural differences in terms of human resource practices. According to Trice and Bayer cultures are collective, emotionally charged, historically based, inherently symbolic, and dynamic (Trice and Beyer, 1993).This will be reflected in the way they are instigated and can often be seen as a reflection of the values and working methods of the senior management.
