or provided using inputs. Inputs are the goods or services that are out into the company, this includes labour of the employees, supplies of the power and utility companies that
help the business light itself. The transformation process is simply how these are used to create the output, or the finished product. If we consider a simple example to explain
the concept we can then look at the way it would apply to a travel agent. The example may be the creation of a chocolate cake. If you are
going to make a chocolate cake you need all of the ingredients, such as flour, eggs, chocolate, sugar etc. However, these alone are not enough to make a chocolate cake,
there also needs to be the labour of someone to cook it, this will start out by weighing the ingredients and then mixed them as well as out the mixture
into the over and take it out of the oven. To make the case there are also other inputs needed, the bowl to mix the batter in, the scales to
weight the ingredient and the oven to cook it in. The oven also needs to be heated so there is the need for the energy as an input. Without all
these inputs the cake cannot be made. The cake cannot be made, miss any out and there will be failure. Where the inputs are right and the transformation process takes
