context. This is because any context which deals with humans ultimately falls under the scope of psychological exploration due to the fundamental fact that psychology takes as its essence the
understanding of human personality, behavior, and development. With that in mind, it is easy to see how psychology might be a useful tool to employ in helping organizations, ultimately driven
by human employees and leaders, more effectively achieve success. This paper will explore the phenomenon of organizational psychology in three successful businesses taken from the Fortune Top 100: Google, Wegmans
Food Markets, and DreamWorks Animation studios. This paragraph helps the student explore the use of organizational psychology in selection and training at Google. Organizational psychology has two main aspects
which are the core of its application in a business context: selecting employees and then training those employees. Psychological considerations are often used when selecting employees during the application and
