pay a maximum annual premium of $4,500 per person. E-Editors Profile As mentioned above, this company is willing to pay $4,500 per year, per person for insurance. The two
plans that are being considered are Castor Standard and Castor Enhanced. As can be expected, more utilization will take place under Castor Enhanceds plan. There are a couple of areas
in which utilization of the Enhanced plan would be considerably higher than that of Castors Standard Plan. These include vision and hearing screening, in-patient obesity treatment (i.e., bariatric or gastric
surgery) and diabetes management/treatment. The utilization in all other categories is even, or somewhat higher (though not statistically so). We can tell, from this profile, that the main issue here
is likely to be obesity, obesity treatment and potential diseases related to obesity. The costs of using Castor Enhanced versus Castor Standard are much higher - and it could be
due to obesity and overweight factors. According to the simulation, the best decisions to have been made would likely have been Castor Enhanced (because of future costs borne down
