the line is drawn between what is reasonable to accept as harassment and what is not. Some definitions focus on the way
that the sexual attention may make the individual feel such as uncomfortable or in causing problems in the context in which it occurs. In trying to define an crime in
breach of regulations we can reach problems were there are subjective judgements, sexual harassment is a subjective judgement in the eyes of the individual, what one person may find offensive
another does not, this does not mean the person who is not offended has not suffered from sexual harassment, only that they have perceived it in a different way.
Likewise a perfectly innocent motivation on the part of the offender may have not sexual motivation what so ever, but due to
lack of knowledge it may still be seen as harassment, just as it is also possible what we may not count as harassment will be deemed to be that due
to an over sensitivity on the part of the victim. In order to consider this we may wish to use a scenario,
we have two characters, character A is distraught and character B comes up and puts and arm around them, then as they are cheered up B gives A a short
